How long does it take?
Our standard production time is 10 working days. The first working starts the day the order is placed. When the order is completed it is delivered next working day free of charge. We offer an express 7 build option for an additional £50 which can be selected when you customise a PC
How soon will I learn that my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email and SMS when your item is shipped, along with your tracking number and a link to the courier tracking website.
How soon after shipping will my order be delivered?
Your PC should arrive the next business day after your order has been dispatched (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
Please be aware that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and the Republic of Ireland (ROI) may take up to 2 working days longer depending on location.
When will my Computer be delivered?
A next-day delivery service will be used for your order, so it might arrive at any moment between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. If you have given us a cell phone number, DPD will additionally provide you a one-hour delivery window so you can be sure of the precise time of arrival.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in the UK & Europe. Other worldwide deliveries are subject to request
Can you delivery to any address?
Credit/Debit Card Orders
Delivery can be made to any address including an address different from the billing address.
PayPal Orders
Delivery can only be made to the confirmed/verified address on your PayPal account.
Bank Transfer
Delivery can be made to any address including an address different from the billing address.
Finance Payment
Delivery can only be made to the address on the finance agreement that was given when you applied for finance.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If no one is there to take delivery of your order at your location, DPD will leave a calling card with information for you to reschedule.
Can I collect my order?
To offer them most efficient service we do not allow collections. All orders must be delivered by our courier and signed for.
Does someone need to be in to receive the order?
The courier will require someone at your address to be in to sign for the parcel. Due to the high value items we sell they cannot be left with a neighbour or left without obtaining a signature.
